In addition to showcasing Brazilian stones, the event served as a platform for insightful discussions on sustainability and innovation, fostering a valuable exchange of knowledge among participants.

Zucchi, in partnership with Pacific Shore Stones and represented by Bre Covell, presented a special program at the It’s Natural event, featuring the lecture ‘Brazilian Natural Stones: A Sustainable Legacy for Modern Design.’ During the lecture, several key topics were discussed, including:

Global Presence: According to data from the Stone Center and ApexBrasil, one in four materials used in architectural projects in the United States is sourced from Brazil. This emphasizes the growing influence and increasing demand for Brazilian natural stones in contemporary design.

Sustainability: Zucchi has implemented water recycling practices, reusing 100% of the water used in its production process. This not only reduces environmental impact but also lowers operational costs. Additionally, 70% of the energy consumed at its headquarters is sourced from solar power, reinforcing the company’s commitment to cleaner, more sustainable production. The extraction of natural stones is carried out in compliance with strict environmental standards, ensuring the preservation of natural resources.

– Social Impact and Innovation: In addition to investing in reforestation projects, Zucchi supports local initiatives for children and contributes to animal shelters, positively impacting the communities where it operates.

International Expansion: Brazilian materials are making an increasing mark in both the United States and European markets, solidifying Brazil’s position as a global leader in the natural stone industry.
